Nature of the Service

Afford My Prescriptions operates exclusively as a fee-based medication advocacy organization. We assist patients in navigating and enrolling in Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) provided directly by pharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Administrative Role: Trust Right Rx LLC is an administrative service provider. We do not act as a pharmacy or medical facility. We do not prescribe, dispense, handle, purchase, sell, or ship any medications.
• Cost of Medications: The prescription drugs obtained through these programs are provided entirely free of charge by the pharmaceutical companies. The fees you pay to us are strictly for the administrative labor involved in ordering, tracking, managing, and coordinating the refill of your medications.

Power of Attorney and Medical Authorizations

By enrolling in our services, you grant Trust Right Rx LLC a Limited Power of Attorney to act as your authorized representative. This enables us to legally sign and submit patient assistance program applications and related enrollment documents on your behalf.

• Medical Release: You authorize your medical providers and healthcare clinics to release and discuss your relevant medical records with Afford My Prescriptions to facilitate the approval of your applications.
• Revocation: You maintain the right to revoke this Limited Power of Attorney and authorization at any time by submitting a formally signed letter of cancellation to Trust Right Rx LLC.

Approvals, Shipping, and Communications

• Eligibility Decisions: We do not guarantee approval for any assistance program. The final decision regarding your eligibility is made solely by the respective pharmaceutical manufacturer.
• Delivery: Depending on the specific drug manufacturer’s delivery policies, approved medications are shipped directly from the pharmaceutical company to either your home address or your prescribing doctor’s office. We will provide written instructions and details for each approved medication.
• Consent to Contact: You authorize Afford My Prescriptions and its affiliates to contact you via phone calls, SMS text messaging, and email using the contact information you have provided. This includes your consent to receive automated dialer calls and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages related to your account.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

By using our advocacy services, you agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless Trust Right Rx LLC, Afford My Prescriptions, its employees, agents, and successors from any and all liabilities, damages, claims, and legal costs arising from:

• Your consumption of any medications obtained through our advocacy efforts.
• Any third party intentionally or accidentally ingesting medications procured for you.
• Your general reliance on our program.

The Afford My Prescriptions Guarantee

If your application is denied by the pharmaceutical manufacturer and you are deemed ineligible for their assistance program, Trust Right Rx LLC will refund the monthly administrative fee associated with that specific medication.

To process this refund, you are simply required to provide us with a copy of the official denial letter sent to you by the drug manufacturer detailing the reason for the rejection.

Privacy and Data Protection

Safeguarding your privacy is our top priority. All personal and medical data you provide to Trust Right Rx LLC is held in the strictest confidence. Your information is utilized exclusively for processing your enrollment and fulfilling your medication orders.

Under no circumstances will we sell, share, or disclose your personal health information to unauthorized third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Billing Policy

Monthly Rate. We charge a flat administrative service fee starting at $69.95 per month for the first medication, with an additional $10 per month for each added medication, capped at $99.95 per month for four or more medications. Because the medication itself is provided at no cost by the manufacturer, there are no hidden or additional charges for the drugs.

Additionally, a one-time enrollment fee of $35 is charged at the time of enrollment. This fee covers the initial administrative review and setup of your patient file.

• Initial Billing: If we determine during the initial enrollment review that we cannot access at least one of your requested medications, your account will not be charged. If your medications are accessible, the initial fee will be debited immediately to initiate the required paperwork.
• Processing Timelines: Standard initial processing takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. This timeline is heavily dependent on you and your healthcare providers responding promptly to our requests for necessary information.
• Recurring Charges: Your monthly service fee will be automatically drafted on the same day of each month, corresponding to your initial enrollment date. This charge will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “Trust Right Rx” or “AFFORD MY PRESCRIPTIONS”.
• Returned Payments: You are responsible for any fees associated with returned or unpaid Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) due to insufficient funds.
• Price Adjustments: Trust Right Rx LLC reserves the right to modify our pricing structure at any time, with or without prior notice.

Refund Policy

If Afford My Prescriptions is unable to successfully obtain your prescribed medication through an available Patient Assistance Program, we will refund 100% of the medication service fee paid for that medication. To process this refund, you may be asked to provide a copy of the denial letter from the applicable pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Patient Eligibility and Accuracy

Our services are designed for individuals who are experiencing financial hardship affording their medications, or who lack insurance coverage that adequately reimburses the cost of their prescriptions.

By submitting your application, you certify that all personal, financial, and medical information provided is complete, truthful, and accurate. You bear the responsibility of notifying Trust Right Rx LLC immediately if your circumstances change or if you discover that any previously provided information was incorrect.
